I am on section 8 & am having trouble with them. I need Nivia Roldan's supervisor or someone over her. She is the Assisted Housing Manager. She has refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I have been talking to her & getting nowhere. She was supposed to e-mail me yesterday & didn't.
