how come i can not find the email for the west haven housing authority?

i am waiting on my housing,and i would like to find out where i am on the list,i have been on the list for 5 years now.

1. Why don't you CALL THEM ON THE PHONE???? Did you think that MAYBE they don't have an e-mail for that purpose??
