I am looking for a Nanny for my children in Chicago. I have looked on craigslist but wasn't very impressed.?

Does anyone have any websites or agencies that they could recommend ?

1. I was looking to be a nanny, same problem with craigslist. Either there is no information of job expectations or there is a list that is so long it would be selling your soul. One even said paint the house and clean the garage.
