Can someone please help me find Housing Grants?

I am looking to find out how to go about getting housing grants for Section 8 and or condo/apartments to be rented? We are trying to start a company where we fix up rundown properties and rent them. I am running into trouble on finding the right grants we need, I will find something then just hit a dead end. We are in Ohio, but we are will overtime to go out of state once we get the company going and rehabbing. Can anyone tell me where to go or how about getting some free money from the government? I mean we are doing a good thing, by creating jobs and affordable housing. Thank your for your time!

2. Is there anyone that can help me find a grant for my purpose or is there .... I need help, Please someone, at least pray to God that this mobile home sells
3. Section 8 housing is really back logged with a waiting lists of renters as there is no money. So trying to get a grant to establish section 8 housing will really be out of the question with the way the economy is going. I know the Federal Program is currently closed as the back log is over 2-3 yrs in filling. As far as your state/counties you need to check their housing program as some do get Section 8 subsidies. My County/State have them but there is still a waiting list as there is no funding to place tenants in them. Having more Section 8 homes would be nice but can only happen if there is money to pay for them.
