Job/career on a cruise ship or in hospitality?
So I am about to get my bachelors in June with something completely unrelated to hospitality. I really want to work in this area, though. It seems like every single job requires at least a few years of experience, but I don't want to be a hostess with a degree just so I can get some experience. How do I crack into the field then? I have worked in food service, just not really upscale places, and I have lots of customer service experience, but is that enough?

- If you posess a degree - or any extra qualification - then you'll already be ahead of the masses when it comes to looking for vocations. My mate has a degree and he wasn't certain what direction to go with it, but he unearthed some great guidance on the website in the resource box below which helped him to decide that he wanted to be a lab assistant. There is a lot of guidance on the website regarding extra vocations.
