What does employment agencies investigate on a claim?

I recently quit a job because someone set me up. This person told the store manager I was drinking on the job. Then I had to take a blood alcohol test. This is the reason I quit because I did not want people to talk behind my back about this. The results are not in yet. My question is , even though I quit, will my employer show that I took the test when I file a claim for unemployment benefits. or will employer state I just quit? Also, what does employment agencies check on a claim?
