How much on average is rent for a decent apartment these days?

I'm probably going to be moving out within the next year but I need to get a grip on what it's going to cost me. Thank you.

2. A decent apartment is around $700 depending on your required square footage and area of town. Five years ago I paid $650 for 750 sq ft in West LR!
3. it depends on what part of the country you are in, and what country you are in. around north western u.s. $500 to $800, south west or back east way more.
4. Depends on where you live. Some places $400 is average, and other areas, $1200 is average.
