Is provisional degree certificate enough to get me the employment visa for electrical engineer in Oman?

I completed my B.E. in may,2009. I have got the provisional degree certificate, mark sheets, character certificate ,transfer certificate, medical certificate with GAMCA slip. But, i don't have the Main Degree Certificate with me as we will receive it by end of 2010. I got job offer in HJB, Oman company as a fresher. Is the provisional degree certificate enough to get the employment visa in Oman or else...Please guide me.
