1. I am sorry but I can't find the Model of this. If it does not have HDMI then it would probably go for $20 - $50 on Craigslist. If it does have HDMI then it could possibly go for $50 - $80 depending on model. Brand new would possibly go from $90 - $130 Also depending on Condition.
