Question about South Carolina Emergency Unemployment?

I was laid off in may 2009 & will be coming up to the end of my normal unemployment benefits in november 2009. Assuming none of my applications submitted lead to employment before my benefits are exhausted, will i receive the 13 weeks of EUC? I am hoping to pick up something before then (I'm going kind of stir-crazy without a job), but haven't had a response to many of my applications. The SC employment security commission website doesn't have any information regarding the EUC. Thanks for your help in advance!

1. Yes you should receive emergency benefits. I received them after mine ran out but no more after that. Hopefully after the meeting on Tuesday they will extend it to even more weeks. It's hell trying to find a job in South Carolina.
