How do I include a photo with my resume when replying to a craigslist email address?

Many acting and modeling job postings on craigslist require a recent photo and I have no problem with this since I have watermarked and drastically lowered the resolution on my photo. The problem is, most recruiters use craigslist's free anonymous email addresses which only allow emails up to 150KB in size. I have already tried compressing my file size but my emails are still always to big. Any help?
