How do you get a listing removed from Craigslist? I have tried flagging it repeatedly with out success?

We have a competitor writing untrue statements about our business on Craigslist. I can not get the slanderous listings removed. I tried repeatedly to flag it (at least 20 times) but it will not delete. Do I need set up numerous accounts? Flag from different computers? Please, help me get these untrue statements off!
