I need a template for the songs to give to my wedding DeeJay?

I can fill in the songs but I need to know what are the customary dances. Example:First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance and so on...PLEASE HELP A GROOM OUT!

1. First Dance - Spend my life with you Father/Daughter Dance - something person to both the father and daughter. Play the first song you both danced to, a song that reminds you of her, vice versa.

3. If you go to Martha Stewart's website, she has a planner you can download. It has a "fill-in-the-blank" form that you can hand to the DJ. It has everything listed and you can fill out what you want to use and what you don't want to use. (ex. Some people don't like dollar dances-you could exclude that one.) I printed it out and found it to be very helpful in deciding what have played for each dance that a DJ typically has.
