is craigslist a good place to by phones?

i really want a T-Mobile Highlight ICE and they have this ad" http://houston.craigslist.org/mob/1539253930.html and this one: http://houston.craigslist.org/mob/1546166121.html Even if these aren't good are some of them? should i trust them? also is there any other place(other than an actual T-Mobile store) i can get one for a good price One more thing......... Do you think they have a contract with them?

1. I wouldn't want to buy it on craigslist..If I bought it online it would be from ebay if they have any.good luck
2. You can try eBay / Amazon.
3. That is a scam. That person either doesn't have the phones or they are all stolen. A reputable person would not list them like that. Read through http://www.howtobeatcraigslist.uni.cc and you will see what a scam this is.
