Can you receive low income housing for 2 developments?

I recently got approved for low income housing and am in the pocess of moving in however, I was contacted by another development to receive low income housing for another property. Now I wanted to go forth and try to get the second apartment and have my sister live in one apartment while I have the other but I wanted to know will they find out about the two apartments and perhaps kick me out of both properties eventually

3. YUP, that is called fraud! Is your sister approved for low income housing? If not she should not be living in low income housing.
4. No, you can't take 2 apartments under your name. You could be charged with fraud in addition to losing the apartments and all other federal or state benefits as a result. If your sister qualifies for benefits try to negotiate one of the places for her.
5. Welfare fraud. You will get caught. In addition to being kicked out and owing them any money you can expect criminal charges to be pressed against both of you. Pick one of the places and have your sister apply on her own.
