If I get offered a temporary job for a month in Virginia and then am unemployed again will I get benefits?

I was unemployed and then offered a temporary job for one month by a local company. If I decide to take that job for a month and at the end of the month they let me go when the contract runs out will I receive benefits from the Virginia Employment Commission ?
