My boss showed her husband my corrective action he helped write it he works for the employment commision help?

She put me on 30 days probation with steps to correct my performance. She had her husband look at the action and help her write it i have proof she did this, he works for the Virginia Employment Commission in the appeals dept, he keeps people from getting unemployment benefits. Is this legal do i have any recourse. Should i report this to my bosses boss or the HR department where we work please help.

1. Maybe it would be better to follow the plan and improve your performance. If you keep your job you won't need to fight for unemployment. What are you concerned about? Most spouses discuss work issues.
2. Yes you should if you have solid proof. If they try to get rid of you in 30 days and you say nothing well then...you are honestly screwed. If you bring it up now and have proof better to speak up. I would contact an attorney too if it gets to that point. Get advice from an attorney early on. He will be able to tell you how to collect your evidence, keep notes and document everything. You want legal help on this. It seems shady. You are in the wrong section though. You should try asking in the employment section.
3. Report what?? No law was broken. She can tell anyone she wants about your performance as long as she doesn't lie. Go to her boss with a complaint about nothing improper will guarantee you don't get an opportunity to work on the performance improvement plan.
