Is it legal to spider other web sites to show search results on your web site, like indeed.com does?
As far as I know, indeed.com spiders various job web sites and gives you jobs as search results. Do they file contracts with those web sites they spider, or it is just legal to do it without those web sites permission?

You must check those terms of service, and then, if there is a conflict, get a legal opinion from your lawyer as to the enforceability of that particular term of service.
