U.S. Career Institute or Penn Foster?

I am currently going to Western Career College. But I just had a son, and have alot of things going on at home, and think it would be better to do something online so i can be home with my son while my fiance works. I have heard things about U.S. Career Institute and Penn Foster. I know i would like to do medical transcription i think but I do not know which school. If someone would help I would appreciate it.

2. Since nobody really seems to want to answer your question I'll take a crack at it. Penn Foster is quite large but I've not been impressed. I've called several times and just seem to get the run-around and high pressure sales pitch. U.S. Career Institute offers a lot of courses but not as many as PF. In my view that's a good thing because they were polite and friendly on the phone and have a good support network to help you. On a personal note I can tell you that the medical field is a great place to be. Even with this recesion the field keeps adding jobs. My money is on US Career but prolly worth a call to both to experience what I am talking about first hand.
