HELP! In search of my 1st apartment,in need of information to make a budget!?

I am interested something around the Pittsburgh, PA area and was hoping someone could offer some advice about utilities. I am hoping to find a single bedroom and bath that includes them, but still need to know how much to allow so I can know a good deal when I see one. I'm usually pretty internet savvy when it comes to research, but i'm becoming a bit overwhelmed by trying to price all of these variables. I've already browsed craig's list and a few apartment finders but I'm having a hard time coming up with anything helpful. I'm about to start calling land lords : /- Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading regardless.

Your Apartments Finder is a free service have him take you around and show you apartments like you want and need. remember that cheep apartments if old will cost you with bills. to qualify you need to make 3 times the rent amount and think of 10% to 15% of the rent extra for expenses. hope this is helpful.
