If you are already signed with the Army ....?

If you are already signed with the Army and you are leaving for boot camp in 2 weeks but you still can't sell you house. Will a foreclosure stop you from going in?

1. Get your parents to sell it for you or get your camp date moved. I'm sure that is an extenuating circumstance they can work around.
2. Should have no effect upon you if this is all there is to it.
3. Give your mom, dad, brother, sister, aunt, uncle or whoever you trust with your life a power of attorney. This will allow them to sale the house for you. If you have a foreclosure on your credit, default, etc this can not allow you to get security clearance if needed. Find a trusting person to handle the sale for you. an when this is done ri up the power of attorney as it never existed or have it put away so no one can use it unless you need them to.
