What are some ways craigslist can improve?

I don't understand, how the site can be full of scam and spams and no action(on the part of Craigslist) is taken. The site is great when it first started but no it is nothing but garbage. What is your opinion?

5. Anyone using Craiglist has to have a through education on scams and how to avoid them. But, unfortunately, people don't read the warnings that are already all over the site and end up getting taken. I don't know what they could do to stop it... maybe force people to take a test before they start using it. I don't know.
6. That's the problem when the site is poorly monitored. I found a classified ad site that is very well organized and neat.
