Does anyone live in Anaheim or Orange County?

Help me please Im trying to find my tortie cat... here's a link to a post i put up on craigslist... if u see her please contact me http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/pet/1560367691.html she's a indoor cat.. but every once in a while my mom would let her out while she was gardening... so she can keep a eye on her... but i think she slipped out when so one opened the door

1. I am sorry your cat is missing. Make sure you fax/give her information to your local shelters and vet offices, as that is where "stray" cats are taken first. Put up posters in your neighborhood and in your neighbors mailboxes. I hope you find her.
2. I hope you find her :( keep an eye on craigslist lost and found and also check your local news papers lost and found,hang up posters as well,good luck!
3. Keep checking the pounds..go in and look at the cats there..they may not recognize your cat by your description over the phone or may be too busy to remember to look for your cat. Also, plaster your neighborhood with fliers with her photo on it. Was she an indoor/outdoor cat? Or was she indoor and got out? Outdoors is a very dangerous place for a cat..if she was allowed outside, I would keep her in if you find her so you are not in this situation again in the future. I had an strictly indoor cat who a friend accidentally let out..he was missing for 3 weeks, but my persistant searching allowed me to find him again.
4. Post it on CaliforniaAnimalRescue@yahoogroups.com with a picture. Be sure to GO to the shelters frequently not just look on websites as animals pictures sometimes do not get posted for whatever reason. Take pics to the shelters too. If you get her back get her microchipped and be sure she always has a collar with her info on it.
