What other options do i have for school funding?

i have been trying to go to Western Career College and i have not been able to get any funding. i am 19 and live with my mom. i have filled out the FAFSA, but i cannot receive funding because my mom has not filed her taxes. this seems to be THE hurdle in going to school. i have applied for countless loans; all of which have declined me. i tried Stafford loans, but WCC is not on their approved lenders list. i feel like the really is nothing to do. does anyone have any ideas on possible funding with which to go to school?

1. you have the option to say your mom "will file" and once she gets her taxes filed you can refill those parts of the FAFSA, but in the meantime you can estimate what her income is based on last years taxes or what your mom estimates as her income. also, go in and personally talk to a financial aid advisor at the school, they can really help you sort out the problem and help you with the next steps.
