Be sure you are accurate with the name of the Church, the year it started and its founding father. I would like to have an accurate list. 5. You have mine already, but the Catholic church was not founded by Jesus in 33 a.d., it was not official until the 1st pope- Gregory around 600 a.d. So, you are off on that one about 600 years, and on the founder.
6. I think every Church would claim Jesus Christ as their founder. Although really, if you are identifying the key thinkers who defined the doctrines of each denomination most clearly, it could very well be argued that Roman Catholicism owes its origins to the theology of St Augustine of Hippo in the fifth century, just as the Orthodox Church owes its origin to the Greek Patristic writers of the previous centuries.
7. Joseph Smith was the legal organizer of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is a restoration of the church established by Jesus Christ during his lifetime, with the same offices, priesthoods, doctrines, and authority. Our authority includes apostles and prophets. The Catholic authority, if it remains, is lesser, as it was based on the authority of the Bishop of Rome. (Bishops are not apostles; the New Testament makes a clear distinction between the two offices.)

9. You list "Jehovah's Witness 1874 Charles Taze Russell." Actually, Charles Taze Russell founded the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society, and he did this in 1879. The Christian Congregation was founded in 33 CE by Jesus Christ, but in 1931 we found it necessary to also call ourselves "Jehovah's Witnesses" for several reasons, one of which was the fact so many groups professed to be Christian but were teaching non-Scriptural dogma. Also, the Bible did foretell the fact that Jehovah would take a people out of the nations for his Name. (Acts 15:14; compare Isaiah 55:5 & 1 Peter 2:9)

Good job of researching.Yes the Catholic Church began With Christ Words in Matthews Gospel Chapter 16 thou art Peter and upon this rock i will build my CHURCH and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.And i will give you the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven and what soever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven and what so ever you lose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven.
