Can someone help with walmart employment?

I was employeed with walmart back in 2003 and left after a month, when the christmas seasonal help ended. it has been 7 years now and i have been trying to get back on to walmart for a few years now and havent had luck. my ex bf(my daugther's dad) is a department manager for ics(night stocking). would he be the reason i cant get hired? i dont think its fair, what could i do about it. if i worked days, i wouldnt even see him. please help

1. Just keep hounding them about it, say you really are eager to work, and you're curious to know why your application has been rejected, and what can you do to improve your odds of employment? But in all honesty walmart is a pretty crappy place to work, and i know it from experience, if its your only option thats one thing, but i'd try to get something else if possible.
