How do I find out my start and end date?

How do I find out my start and end date from a past employer(Dell Inc.)? I went to the "employment security commission" web site for my state and there wasn't any info about it. Do I need to call them (Dell Inc) directly? If so how would I go about finding that phone number or e-mail address to do so? Thanks for the help!

1. Did you work for Dell directly? If so, just contact Dell's Human Resources Department. They can give you your past employment dates. You can find their phone number by logging on to www.dell.com or you can call (512) 338-4400 and ask for the HR Department. NOTE: If you worked for an employment agency onsite at Dell, then you'd need to contact their HR department.
