Does 'Do not call list ' applies to business phones?

I'm planning a telemarketing compaign that will call BUSINESSES and solicit our service and products. Is it legal? Is there a law protecitng business phone numbers? Please do inctude source if possible. This is in USA

1. I don't believe so, or at least not in my state (NE). I am a receptionist, and I take calls from solicitors all the time.
2. Depends where you are....In the UK you need to comply with the corporate TPS.
