housing help for disabled unemployed 59+55+50+homeless Washington Co Oregon?

Other similar info for Multnomah and Clackamas Counties, or entire state by county; various age ranges, income levels, disabilities. Wish to pass along to those in need at the employment department, homeless assistance organizations, etc, who are having a very hard time getting the help they need! Much of the help extended is not very helpful after all. I want a better search done. Also need some One Stop Shopping for people with disabilities for work searching. Very difficult to find work otherwise.
