Low Income Housing for Disabled People 15 mile radius of 01826?

My mother just recently received disability and is looking for an apartment that is not section 8 housing that offers low income opportunities for rent. I was wondering if anyone could list any available around Dracut Massachusetts or within a 10-20 Mile radius. Thank you!

1. I was able to pull down list of subsized apartments for the Middlesex County, that the zip code 01826 resided in. 2. Call your county housing authority. They are the ones who run subsidized housing for the disabled and the elderly, not HUD.
