Can someone tell me how to obtain an entry-level position in Public Relations in Chicago?

I have been out of school for 4 years and I have no PR experience. Any advice or resources are greatly appreciated. Please note that I have already tried careerbuilder, monster, craigslist, hotjobs and indeed and most other job search websites. I am more so looking for insider information.

1. If you do not have a background or a Degree in P R forget it. Unless you can sell yourself to a P R corp. If you have listed your resume on that many headhunter sites how long has it been since you have had an answer. If it has been some time than you need to look over your resume. Go to an expert to re-work it. That may help you.
