How much would an apartment cost in Austin with these conditions?

I am looking for an apartment in the Austin, TX suburbs, preferably North Austin but really anywhere other than downtown. 1) I want no roommates or house mates so 1 bedroom/1 bath is fine. 2) Needs a dishwasher. 3) Washer/dryer. 4) Broadband internet. 5) Central air conditioning. I have talked to a friend who rents an apartment and they include like water, electricity, internet, cable, and all that crap all into his bill. But he lives in a 4 bedroom apartment, I want to live alone relatively cheaply so I am wondering about how much will it be? Also do you know any good apartment finder websites? There are a lot of them but I don't know which one is the best to use.

1. craigslist is a good place to look online, at least for price ranges of an area before you go there. i've found places on www.craigslist.org before and it wasn't bad. if nothing else craigslist is good to give you an idea.
