What do you do if every apartment complex near where you want to live has poor ratings online?

1. Read why they got a poor rating and visit the places your self. People normally make the effort only rate a place online if they had experience so they can gripe. This is why you normally have more negative feedback than positive for a lot of places. Basically don't go on feedback alone.
2. Ignore the "ratings" they are writen by dead beat tenants. Check them out yourself.
