Has anyone had any luck finding jobs with either one of these websites? careerbuilder.com or job.com?

I'm only asking because anytime I ever "apply online" it takes me through all these motions and then starts asking about furthering education. Then I get phone calls from admissions counselors and it feels like a big waste of time, like these job listings aren't even real.

1. Often, when you get the questions about furthering education, it's just an ad. I scroll to the bottom for "no thanks", then you can proceed to answering the ad. Sometimes the employment ads on careerbuilder take you right to the employer's website to apply.
2. I was contacted by recruiters on several occasions who saw my resume on career builder.com. So don't give up hope. You can also research those positions by going directly to the company website if there is one or calling the company directly.
