4. That's how the private sector works right ?.... The stimulus dollars are going to the states, who submitted their projects and were approved or denied under stimulus guidlines. Obama didnt' say Alaska must have 5 new airports....the leaders of Alaska deemed them as job creating projects that will help grow their cities, so they REQUESTED the money from available stimulus. All unspent stimulus is to be returned to the FED, not reappropriated as some suggest....that's not how a budget appropriation from congress works. Do you know any facts about the stimulus ? IRS revenue ( politicians public bank account ) = people don't spend because costs to high because products have no competitors - no spending - businesses lay off - creates more no spending reduces politicians private bank accounts to go empty - causes libs to borrow from China in exchange for higher imports and reduced exports which causes more unemployed and businesses to cut back which reduces more to the politicians private bank account. So what do the dems do? >>>> Raise taxes on the rich to pay for all of it. WTF.......the rich are not employees, they are employers.......now because of their higher taxes, lay more people off which reduces consumer spending and all re-elect the dems as they tell everyone that they'll take care of you. 6. UPS is on the way out anyway due to their slower delivery times and more expensive rates than USPS Priority Mail and Fedex Ground.
