1. Excellent question. I admit I only skimmed your article (may read it more thoroughly and add more later), but I would pick von Mises over Greenspan any day. Yes, the Fed should be abolished, and we should return to a gold standard. Greenspan himself used to believe that before he sold out to the statists.
