What housing authority in Chicago is accepting section 8 vouchers and not billing?

I'm relocating and looking for a housing authority in Illinois that is accepting section 8 vouchers and not billing.My lease is up in 6 weeks and I really need help... I have section 8 and I'm trying to move my section 8 and looking for a housing authority in Illinois close to the chicagoland area. If anyone would know the name of ayn housing authorities that are accepting section 8 and not billing please help..Thanks!!!

1. 6 weeks? the wait for most Section 8 apartments is years!
2. The housing authority issues the vouchers they do not "accept" them. Talk to your case worker about open units under your criteria, they will have a list.
