1. Some area Community Colleges offer classes in different aspects in the field of broadcasting. The best way to accomplish what you are trying to do is to contact area radio stations and get into an internship program. You start out doing all the "crap" jobs around the station, but if you stick it out (the business term is "Paying your dues"), you will learn the business from the inside, and eventually will work your way into an "On air" job.
