Does anyone know of any companies in Chicago IL that are hiring for entry level positions that are not sales?

I am aware of monster, careerbuilder, craigslist as job search engines as I am on them daily. I am looking for something that is NOT NECESSARILY ADVERTISED Online or in the newspaper. So if you know of or have heard about anything please let me know.

1. Biggest EMployment FAct= Only 30 percent of actual job opening are advertised. The other 70% are given to inside employees or call in or resume sent in to company. Ill tell you to send your resume to companies even if the arent hiring. I found in itasca with a fortune 50 company that wasnt hired. Also if you want a great staffing agency go to alliance hr network i have worked with them in the past and they work with you and for you.
2. Yup...............McDonalds....they hire everywhere,everyone and for every level positions. Dude you gotta be a wee bit more specific or you'll get answers like this..........GL.
