is deejay a charge character in super street fighter IV? 10 points for best answer!?

please tell me he isn't, i'm getting used to charge characters but i'm not there yet... and i was hoping to main deejay as soon as i get the game... also could any of you give me a list of new characters in super street fighter IV who are charge characters and non charge characters? 10 points for best answer! thank you :)

3. Wow, i didn't notice this until i saw your question. Deejay is the only charge character out of the 10 new ones.
