if police are going to exercise a search warrant on an apartment, would they need to notify the office first?

would the police need to inform the office of the apartment complex prior conducting a no-knock search warrant? or maybe even get a key to the apartment so the y wouldn't have to bash the door down?

1. no cause that would jepardise the warrant, they always do it by surprise
2. What Police do and what they are supposed to do, are often very different.
3. The search warrant is for you only....not the entire apartment complex. Answer the door or pay for a new door.
4. The police are under no compunction to speak to anyone about a raid. The concern is that by talking to someone else, ther hand could be tipped and you might flee
5. The police will often meet with a manager or someone who has a key - if none is available then get out the battering ram...
