- I have had great luck with them. The key is to have a really nice looking resume, because that's how they "sell" you to employers. Also, they have a lot of crappy jobs and only a few good jobs. If they call you and offer you a crappy job, which they will usually try to do first to get rid of them, but you think you can do better, tell them "I'm sorry, but I need to make at least $XX an hour, but please call me when you find something that's more fitting for me". If the company seems great but the job is not so great, consider taking it anyway. Once the great company hires you, you can work your way up.
- There are a lot of companies out there that only hire on a temp-to-perm basis. This gives them the chance to "try you out" without having to pay for your benefits, vacation/sick time, or cover you on Workman's comp. If they like you, usually after completing about 720 hours with them, they will put you on their payroll and then you will be eligible for the benefits that come with working for that company. With the job market how it is right now, this will probably be the best way to get a job. I wish you luck!
