where can i buy an iphone for $200 besides ebay and craigslist?

I alot of bad things and scams in Houston happens using craiglist and I really don't feel comfortable using craigslist and I can't find an iphone in good condition for 16g on ebay if can you please post the link. Thanks in advance!
