Who is the artist and name of the song for the Italian version of "Empire State of Mind"?

instead of singing "In New York" they sing "A Roma" and the whole song is in Italian, a guy and a girl. I heard the song on Radio Deejay, and was wondering if anyone could help. I could not find the info anywhere. Thanks in advance!
