Why is it that whenever I apply for a job through Yahoo Hot Jobs, Career Builder, or Monster ....?

... I always get calls back from temp agencies for some kind of sales job that I didn't even apply for???? Is it best to apply for jobs directly through a companys website?

1. Because all those sites sell your info. If, as an employer, I want to see every person with a profile on CareerBuilder, I just have to pay for it.
