Can you help me with this apartment rent question?

My best friend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to go to college in. I am kinda confused on the pricing. When it list prices, such as this website http://www.apartmentfinder.com/Louisiana/Baton-Rouge-Apartments/The-Enclave-Apartments is that the price per person or the amount needed to be collected from both of us each month? Again, we are looking at the two bedroom one. Thanks!

1. The prices from what I can tell are for the apartment itself, not per person. Usually if a price states for e.g. per person per month it would have pppm next to it.
2. The rent for a 2-bdrm is around $1200-$1300 with a $400 deposit and that is for the apartment not for each person. If you are in college, can you afford that much plus utilities?
