Is there an apartment scouting company in Vancouver, BC?

I'm moving to Vancouver from Japan and I'm hoping to have an apartment or basement suite secured before I get back. I've been told that there's a company that will check out apartments for you for a small fee - like taking pictures and doing a review of an apartment that you designate. The person who told me didn't know the name of the company and a google search didn't yield any results. Does anyone know of such a company or what the contact information or website might be? Thanks!

1. こんにち は (actually こんばんは) Sorry, I can't recommend a service like that. I'd recommend contacting a realtor. (Real estate companies often provide rental services, as well.) Maybe start off by contacting these folks, and seeing if either they can help you, or can recommend a service that could: http://www.andrewhasman.com (But any good realtor should be able to direct you to such a service, if it exists.) よろしく
