How to find apartment rents in Greenlake area of Seattle?

Hi, my girlfriend and I are moving to Seattle and are looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment or house in the Greenlake area. what is the best way to find a place in Seattle, a real estate agent or a website such as craigslist? and if anyone could recommend a good real estate agent that would be much appreciated. 1. Unlike other parts of the country, real estate agents don't usually handle rentals in Seattle. Your best bet will be to look on Craigslist, apartments.com and in the Seattle Times listings.
2. http://seattle.craigslist.org/apa/ But the nicest, most affordable places don't need to advertise. Just go drive around the neighbourhoods you like and look for "For Rent" signs.
