What website is good for finding commercial property for rent in chicago?

Im looking for just about 300-400 sq ft. Thats all. Like a private office suite with a door/lock. I know that Chicago has a lot of professional buildings that have small offices for rent. But I dont know what site to look under. Craigslist was no help at all. Not looking for virtual offices or cubicals. Moving my business from home to a small private office space. Looking to spend max 250.00

1. Your budget is going to make things tough. Commercial real estate is hurting so you can find some deals but 250 is pretty low. You may have to look into shared office space where basically your renting a room in an office you share with several other busineses. You may even share a common receptionist which could keep costs down. I have a friend who could rent you a small space like your looking for for close to that price but its in Aurora not Chicago. 2. One of the main sites is www.loopnet.com - that lists commercial property only and is the main one for commercial brokers. You may find a small property on that. Otherwise do a yahoo/google search for 'serviced office Chicago' - you will find a large number of advertisers and options
