Is this a good deal for a computer on Craigslist?

Just saw a classified on crags list.Intel Core 2 Duo 2.47Ghz 2gb of ram Windows 7 Home Premium 120gb hard drive. Has original XP installation disk and its genuine windows. $200 is this a good deal? Whoops 3gb of ram

2. Hmmm depends on the graphics card, but it looks like a good enough deal. It won't be able to play games very well but it should do most other things just fine

5. If it looks too good to be true, then it probably is. Sounds like a decent deal, but you have to ask yourself... why is the person selling it so cheaply?
6. Don't you think the "Windows 7 Home Premium" installation using an XP installation disk looks a little fishy? Most likely it's a pirated copy of W7. I wouldn't deal with people like that.
